Leasing Officer

About the role

Reporting into the team lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of the responsibilities set out below. This is a internship position on a day shift, working remote from Makati, Metro Manila. The company employs 51–200 and operates in the real estate & construction sector.

What you will do

• Hit monthly and quarterly targets, and forecast honestly when a deal is at risk.
• Feed competitive and pricing intelligence back to the product and leadership team.
• Work with marketing to turn campaign activity into qualified conversations.
• Own a pipeline from prospecting through to close, and keep it accurate in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with existing accounts and grow them through renewals and upsell.
• Run discovery conversations that surface real business problems rather than feature checklists.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with numbers you can talk through.
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila or your assigned territory as needed.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confident presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience selling into BPO, SaaS or enterprise accounts.
• Existing network in the assigned industry.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
