Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

You'll work closely with a supportive team that cares about doing the job properly. It's a project-based role on a mid shift, hybrid in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. We're a 11–50 team in retail & e-commerce, and we invest in people who want to grow.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing accounts and grow them through renewals and upsell.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets, and forecast honestly when a deal is at risk.
• Run discovery conversations that surface real business problems rather than feature checklists.
• Own a pipeline from prospecting through to close, and keep it accurate in the CRM.
• Work with marketing to turn campaign activity into qualified conversations.
• Feed competitive and pricing intelligence back to the product and leadership team.

What we are looking for

• Disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confident presentation skills.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila or your assigned territory as needed.
• At least 2 years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with numbers you can talk through.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience selling into BPO, SaaS or enterprise accounts.
• Existing network in the assigned industry.
