Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

You'll work closely with a supportive team that cares about doing the job properly. It's a part-time role on a flexible hours, on-site in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. We're a 11–50 team in retail & e-commerce, and we invest in people who want to grow.

What you will do

• Contribute to team planning and share what you learn with newer colleagues.
• Identify process problems early and propose practical improvements.
• Deliver the day-to-day output of the role to the agreed quality standard and timeline.
• Coordinate with colleagues across teams so hand-offs are clean and nothing falls through.
• Uphold company policies, data privacy requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for the work you own.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Willing to work on the schedule and setup described above.
• Comfortable with standard office and collaboration software.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Exposure to process improvement or automation.
• Experience in a fast-growing organisation.
• Additional certifications relevant to the role.
