Terms of service

Vcansee is a job marketplace connecting candidates and employers in the Philippines. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any employment relationship, we do not guarantee a hire or a job, and we do not verify every claim made in a posting or a profile.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal working age with consent.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
• Everything you put on your profile must be true and yours.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Post only genuine, currently open roles you are authorised to recruit for.
• Never require payment from a candidate — no placement fees, training bonds paid upfront, or "processing" charges. This results in immediate removal.
• Do not post discriminatory requirements. Age, gender, civil status, religion, political affiliation and physical appearance are not permissible criteria.
• Honour advertised salary ranges and working arrangements.
• Use candidate data only to assess that candidate for the role they applied to. Do not export, resell or repurpose it.

• Apply only to roles you genuinely want, with information that is accurate.
• Do not misrepresent qualifications, licences or employment history.
• Do not attempt to identify an anonymous employer through the platform, or circumvent the reveal mechanism.
• Treat employers professionally in messages and interviews.

Employer identity is withheld from candidates until the employer reveals it. We take reasonable technical measures to enforce this, but we cannot control what an employer chooses to disclose in a message, an interview invitation or an external channel.

AI output is a draft or an indicator, produced by a language model, and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI writes for you before you send it, and for the accuracy of what it says about you.

Employers must not treat a match score as a hiring decision. It is one input among the application itself.

Job seeker features are free. Employer plans are billed in Philippine pesos as described on the pricing page. Plan changes are reviewed and activated by our team, and you are invoiced separately. No card details are collected or stored on this site.

Prohibited on Vcansee:

• Fraudulent postings, pyramid schemes and advance-fee scams.
• Harassment, discrimination or abusive messages.
• Scraping, automated access or attempts to de-anonymise employers.
• Uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

We may remove content, suspend accounts and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to host, display and process it in order to run the service. The platform itself, its design and its code remain ours.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or the conduct of any employer or candidate you meet through the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
