E-commerce Operations Associate

About the role

Reporting into the team lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of the responsibilities set out below. This is a contract position on a shifting schedule, working remote from Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. The company employs 11–50 and operates in the retail & e-commerce sector.

What you will do

• Uphold company policies, data privacy requirements and safety standards.
• Identify process problems early and propose practical improvements.
• Contribute to team planning and share what you learn with newer colleagues.
• Coordinate with colleagues across teams so hand-offs are clean and nothing falls through.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for the work you own.
• Deliver the day-to-day output of the role to the agreed quality standard and timeline.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Willing to work on the schedule and setup described above.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with standard office and collaboration software.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing organisation.
• Exposure to process improvement or automation.
• Additional certifications relevant to the role.
