Farm Operations Supervisor

About the role

Reporting into the team lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of the responsibilities set out below. This is a full-time position on a day shift, working work from home from Davao City, Davao Region. The company employs 51–200 and operates in the agriculture & fisheries sector.

What you will do

• Contribute to team planning and share what you learn with newer colleagues.
• Deliver the day-to-day output of the role to the agreed quality standard and timeline.
• Uphold company policies, data privacy requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for the work you own.
• Identify process problems early and propose practical improvements.
• Coordinate with colleagues across teams so hand-offs are clean and nothing falls through.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with standard office and collaboration software.
• Willing to work on the schedule and setup described above.

• Additional certifications relevant to the role.

• Exposure to process improvement or automation.
